Recipe : Caramelized Peach Crumble Bars


     Caramelized Peach Crumble Bars are so delectable. These sensational cookies use a sugar cookie dough made with almond & vanilla extracts. Unpeeled peaches are layered over the crust layer. Then a homemade caramelized sugar sauce is drizzled over top of the peaches. Finally, the caramelized peach layer is topped with sugar cookie dough. This ooey, gooey and delicious dessert is absolutely decadent! Marvelous peach dessert for company and summer holidays.

Ingredients :
SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH:
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup canola oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
5 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
half of tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 massive eggs
6 to eight huge peaches pitted and sliced in 1/eight" to 1/four" slices (unpeeled)
CARAMELIZED SUGAR SAUCE:
1 half cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
How To Make :
SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH:
melt butter.
add oil, sugar, powdered sugar, salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and almond extracts.
mix with an electric powered mixer until easy.
add flour.
Stir nicely to combine.
Press 1/2 of the aggregate right into a greased 18x26” cookie sheet.
pinnacle with sliced, unpeeled peaches.
Ladle caramelized sugar sauce flippantly over top of peaches.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out easy.
CARAMELIZED SUGAR SAUCE:
combine sugar, vanilla and almond extracts and water in a medium saucepan.
cook dinner over medium-high heat until the combination turns amber, approximately 15 mins.
