Recipe : Peach White Chocolate Chip Blondies


   These heavenly blondies are filled with fresh peaches and white chocolate chips. The flavors are awesome and a delightful treat during the summer and early fall months when fresh peaches are in season. These goodies are terrific for backyard barbecues, tailgating or office parties and potlucks.

Cook Time : 50 minutes

Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter softened (three sticks)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar firmly packed
three/4 cup white sugar
three huge eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 half cups UNBLEACHED all-cause flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
1 half of tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
2 cups clean peaches peeled and finely diced
12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips (no longer vanilla chips or most appropriate white baking chips)
How To Make :
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease or spray a huge 18x26” cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In huge bowl, integrate butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, salt and baking soda.
Beat at medium velocity with an electric powered mixer until fluffy.
Stir in flour, peaches and white chocolate chips with timber spoon until blended.
unfold and press down cookie dough into prepared cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 stages for 40-50 mins, or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
