Recipe : Buttermilk Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients :
  1. 2 cucumbers ( sliced)
  2. 3 roma tomatoes  ( sliced)
  3. 1/2 cup red onion  (finely diced)
  4. 1 pint buttermilk
  5. 1 tsp. pink Himalayan sea salt
  6. 1 tbsp. sugar
  7. 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. grape tomatoes for garnish (if desired)

How To Make :
  1. Combine buttermilk, sea salt, sugar and apple cider vinegar in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers, roma tomatoes and red onion.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
