Ingredients :
Chicken Baked Ziti:

  1. 12 ounces ziti (or any pasta shape)
  2. 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (approximately 2 small chicken breasts)
  3. 1 batch alfredo sauce (see underneath)
  4. 1 half of cups shredded mozzarella cheese 
  5. Optional toppings: extra shredded Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley

ALFREDO SAUCE :

  1. 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  2. four cloves garlic (minced)
  3. three Tbsp. flour
  4. 1 cup chicken broth
  5. 1 cup low-fats milk 
  6. 3/4 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  7. half tsp. salt
  8. 1/4 tsp. black pepper
