Recipe : Black Bean Chili


  This amazing Tex-Mex chili is chocked full of veggies and so perfect for cold, wintery days. It's hearty, satisfying and delicious comfort food and good for what ails ya! This clean-eating recipe is also healthy, low calorie, gluten free and vegan.

Cook Time : 2 hour 45 minutes

Ingredients :
2 cups dried black beans
32 oz. ctn. vegetable broth
three cups  water divided use
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1-2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 tbsp. cumin seed
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika
half tsp. cayenne pepper
1 massive onion chopped
1 large bell pepper diced (any coloration)
2 cloves garlic mincecd
1 1/2 cups roma tomatoes chopped
1 cup carrots peeled and sliced
1 cup celery diced
1 leek green pinnacle removed, diced
half tsp. sea salt
1/four cup inexperienced onions chopped (for garnish)
salsa as desired
sparkling oregano or cilantro for garnish, as desired
How To Make :
