Recipe : Roasted Cauliflower


   This fabulous side dish is the perfect accompaniment to almost any main dish entree. Great for the holidays too, when you want lighter fare. Healthy, low calorie, clean eating, gluten free & vegan.


Prep Time : 15 minutes
Cook Time : 45 minutes
Servings :  6
Ingredients : 
1 huge head cauliflower damaged into small florets (discard stalk)
1/3 to half of cup olive oil
1 tsp. crimson Himalayan sea salt
1/four tsp. ground black pepper
half tsp. dried thyme
half tsp. dried rosemary
half of tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. dried parsley
How To Make :
Wash cauliflower.
break off florets from stalk.
location on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Dab olive oil flippantly on cauliflower florets, trying to get a touch bit on every floret.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Roast at four hundred° about forty five minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Garnish with clean thyme, if preferred.
